The complimentary breakfast was great with delicious made-to-order omelets. The parking garage felt unsafe and was poorly lit. Room was spacious but had some cleanliness issues.

The complimentary breakfast had made-to-order omelets, which was a nice touch. The parking garage is in poor condition with drainage issues, making it unpleasant to use.

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, and the suite was spacious, which is great for families. the temperature control was inadequate; the living area was cool, but the bedroom felt stifling. Noise levels inside were acceptable, allowing for a peaceful environment. Unfortunately, I found stains on the bedding and carpets, reflecting a need for improved cleanliness. The atrium and dining area were visually appealing, but other areas of the hotel suggested a lack of maintenance. The hotel's layout could be confusing, with only one elevator working on our side.

Comfortable room, friendly staff with a clean space and fun front desk ladies who made check-in a delight.
Nothing, all great.

Walking into the room was a surprise—unexpected roaches scurrying across the floor and walls made it hard to feel comfortable. The carpet badly needed replacing, and there were stains everywhere. the breakfast was a highlight, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. A pleasant staff member at check-in made me feel welcomed, but the experience went downhill when housekeeping barged in on me sleeping. Parking felt unsafe, especially with loiterers around. And despite my concerns, the management response felt dismissive. There's potential here, but significant improvements are needed for a satisfying stay.

The room was spacious with two full beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast was generous with plenty of options and the staff were kind and helpful.
It wasn't the cheapest option around, but worth it.

Upon arrival, the musty smell hit me immediately, which made me uneasy. Once I got to my room, I found dirt and hair everywhere—definitely not what I expected. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire place.

Free breakfast and wi-fi were great, but parking was limited and crowded.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to highways and restaurants. Spacious rooms accommodate families well. Complimentary drinks at the bar during Happy Hour were a nice touch, and the breakfast variety suited my daughters’ different tastes. the experience was marred by cleanliness issues and an unwelcome odor in our room. Staff interactions varied—some were professional and attentive, while others were dismissive. The parking garage felt unsafe, with reports of break-ins. Service inefficiencies, like missing room linens and unhelpful responses from certain staff members, were disappointing. With improvements in cleanliness and staff training, this hotel could elevate its guest experience significantly.

Our recent stay at Embassy Suites was a mixed experience. The breakfast offered was decent, although I wish there were more options for individuals with dietary restrictions like gluten allergies. there were several areas that could be improved. the room had a strong smell of mildew and mold, making our stay quite uncomfortable. The carpet was wet due to a leaking AC unit, which dripped constantly. This definitely affected our overall experience negatively. housekeeping service was lacking. We had to request towels and sheets multiple times, and on one occasion, we never received them at all during our entire stay. the parking situation at the hotel was less than desirable. It was confusing, poorly lit, and I felt unsafe leaving my car there, especially with exposed wires in the ceiling and a terrible smell in the garage. The lack of clear directions and marked spaces made it challenging, especially for someone with limited mobility like myself. while there were some positive aspects to our stay at Embassy Suites, the issues with cleanliness, housekeeping, and parking really detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

You won’t believe how easy it is to explore Dallas from here with attractions like the North Texas Automotive Museum, just under 6 km away, and the vibrant Greenville Avenue, about 5 km from the hotel! Not to mention, I enjoyed leisurely walks at Cottonwood Park, which is a little less than 5 km, and there are delightful eateries like In-N-Out Burger within a mile. The hotel provides plenty of space with comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast, but there’s room for improvement with the cleanliness standards.

Had a great time! Enjoyed being on a high floor with fantastic views. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the amazing buffet breakfast, made our stay enjoyable.
Parking was tricky due to limited options. Slight delay and minimal responsiveness in providing extra sofa bed bedding.

My friends and I had a blast at the cool Art Deco spots nearby and the awesome golf course we hit up. It was like living in a movie! The suite where we crashed was groovy and comfy, and the breakfast spread was totally lit!
One thing - would've been wicked if they had a hip rooftop lounge for us late-night party animals to chill and vibe out.

This fancy hotel screams pure luxury with its top-notch amenities, from the delightful dining options to the exquisite fitness center. Art Deco vibes mixed with modern art give a fancy touch. The staff went above and beyond with their Southern charm - hospitality at its finest!
Finding unexpected charges on my bill was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

Had a great omelet breakfast and a cool indoor pool during my recent business trip. The spacious rooms with comfy pillows were a plus, along with the accommodating bath seat and adjustable shower head.
The room cleanliness and maintenance were not up to par. Stains on the carpet, black mold, and rusty fixtures were a turn-off.

The lush green course provided a perfect backdrop for our family outing. The friendly staff and variety of amenities made our visit a memorable experience.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities.

the room size and comfort of the beds were perfect for us. the location was convenient, with easy access from US75 and an updated common area. the underground parking garage was a great feature, allowing for easy access to our room floor.
Nothing that i didn't like 😊
